As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.

  • Enabling Automation and Orchestration across a variety of environments.
  • Managing Network and System for services such as Identity, Backup, DNS, Logging and Operating Systems.
  • Creating and maintaining of comprehensive documentation and supporting processes.
  • Transitioning of new services and solutions into Operations for ongoing support.
  • Collaborating with other teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver high quality solution.
  • Translating business requirements into well documented, functional solutions.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience working in a 24x7 Cloud or SaaS production premise systems management.
  • One or more relevant technology certifications such as: AWS, Linux, Automation, Security, VMware, Azure.
  • NV1 Security clearance and eligibility to maintain.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes and the Australian Government Information Security Manual.
  • Experience in Linux and Windows Systems Administration and automated deployment experience.
  • Experience with the deployment and use of Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL.
  • A passion for Automation/Orchestration using tools such as Puppet, Demisto, XSOAR, Rundeck and Ansible.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to communicate and explain highly complex solutions in a clear positive fashion with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
