What you’ll be doing...

  • Working with the Indirect Channel Operations Support team on creating strategies and goals to increase sales and satisfy business objectives as it relates to sales operations.
  • Supporting assigned TSPs, and vendor accounts relationships to ensure adherence to company policies and programs.
  • Representing Indirect Channel business needs, business impacts, dealer and customer experience impact and product & service delivery for all launch initiatives as well as key channel sales and operations tasks and initiatives.
  • Processing new account item set-up forms, internal term sheets, RDR/PORs, contract routing forms, RMA’s, spiff escalations, reporting request from partners, and promotional tracking.
  • Assisting Indirect Sales Ops Dept. with development and launch of promotional strategies
  • Following up with Dealers, Master Agents, TSP’s, and vendor’s to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and resolve issues within a 24-hour period if possible.
  • Communicating any initiative to internal and external stake holders. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting vendor/client relationships.
  • Serving as a lead point of contact for assigned vendors regarding account management matters.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of products according to brand needs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to execute any assigned tasks successfully.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Sales Support Representative; or equivalent combination of education and related sales experience.

Even better if you have one or more years of the following:

  • Strong organizational and selling skills and disciplined work habits.
  • Ability to analyze, manipulate and interpret data to present objectives to management.
  • Knowledge of retail organizational structure, overall operations and replenishment processes.
