What you’ll be doing...

MyBiz is a self-service portal catering for wireless SMB customers offering them a variety of self-service tools where our customers can manage their accounts in one place. It provides customers with capabilities to place orders (commerce), track order status, and view and pay bills via both web application and mobile app.

• Participating in test plan, test design, execution, defect logging, reporting and participating in grooming/standup calls.
• Designing and developing the automated solution for Sanity, Progression and Regression.
• Utilizing appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance.
• Participating in multiple meetings with IT owners, business owners and product or team members.
• Responsible for execution and implementation of QA automation through the latest tools and techniques such as Selenium framework Robot, Cucumber, Integration of test planning through the tool sets, JavaScript, appium bringing smart way of implementing test planning ,test execution and Smart regression and also the End to End systems knowledge etc.
• Implementing QA process and automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Experience in managing automation test projects.
• Experience in Java, selenium (Using Element Locator, WebDriver methods, Data driven testing, keyword driven testing, Java programming and TEST NG/Cucumber Annotations.), Appium.
• Experience in testing software (Selenium, Appium) and websites across multiple browsers and mobile app.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and experience in delivering through Agile practices.
• Knowledge in working in Agile teams, agile delivery and release management skills and mobile app tools.
• Adapt in managing relationships with excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude and good collaborative skills with various stakeholders and bring in best practices.
