What you’ll be doing...
The work you’ll be doing will lead our Conversational AI platform on Emerging Technologies. We have a state-of-the-art virtual assistant in production serving customers on Service and Sales intents, which is powered by the CCAI Google platform. Our team does from scratch Conversation Driven Development and you’ll lead projects, design and code on Agile mode to support. You will collaborate with various internal teams on new technologies to make it easy for our customers to do business with us. You would be supporting the conversational space in Verizon on Chatbot. You would be working on programs that are Customer facing and agent facing and you would be owning the delivery from inception till production monitoring and driving incremental value with enhancements.
Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You will have Google Dialog Flow (or any similar NLU platform) along with backend development on Spring, React, ReactJs, AWS background.
