What you’ll be doing...

The job would entail project management of Transformation office initiatives in the Real Estate organization. It will also entail collecting detailed rent and lease, budget and spending information, to help trend and forecast. This role will work closely with the negotiators in NQNRE to strategize around a path forward to lower rent and lease through negotiations. This role will also work with the regions on the rent and lease budget. Understand the puts and takes against budget for macro build, small cell build against budget and understand how transformation office savings are applied against budget. Being able to interpret data, see trends and communicate meaningful patterns is a must. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

The positions will involve research, lease/contract analysis, and payment review. This position will also be responsible for SOX compliance, audit reviews and reconciliation of NetSites data (i.e. GL codes, address book). Employee will need to obtain updates from others and be responsible for translating these and inputting them in a consistent manner into the presentation format. Employee will have access to the database of contracts and will need to learn the tools and determine which files are applicable. Employee will use a pre-determined format for summarizing the review and determinations but content, interpretation and recommendations will be determined by the Employee.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working in real estate and with financial budgets
  • PMP strong preference
  • Understanding of compliance, SOX requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record of working with large groups or teams to implement changes resulting from financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risks accurately
  • Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proven focus on Excel.
