Professional Services Leader – France

Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES) is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and drive the growth of Professional Services in UK&I. Part of the Verizon family, VES is a market leader in global enterprise for communication and collaboration services, Security and is positioning to be a market leader in IoT. VES is seeking candidates who take pride in winning customers’ trust and bringing them industry knowledge and perspective unique to Professional Services. Focused on a key market for VES, the successful candidate will be a key contributor to an International team comprised of experienced sales, management and industry-leading Consulting and Technical delivery talent.

Sales Responsibilities

This Professional Services Leader is responsible for leading and driving the growth of Professional Services within Verizon’s Top UK&I Customers globally. As the Professional Services Lead for UK&I you will work with VES Sales leaders to:

  1. Drive Sales of Professional Services
  • Deliver in-year and strategic PS revenue growth in a focused number (~5) key customers
  • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and insights with a Business Outcome mindset
  • Lead Strategic Account Planning to identify and drive the growth of Professional Services as an integral part of Verizon’s value for our key customers.
  • As a trusted advisor develop and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Clearly articulate Verizon value proposition to all levels within a customer's organization
  1. Align Professional Services and customer business outcomes:
  • Demonstrate strategic competitive insights and leverage those insights to win additional client business and avoid RFx situations
  • Orchestrate market need and validate offers jointly with Product and PS Delivery Leaders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in PS, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, etc. in coordinating commercial and technicial discussions internally and with customers
  • Demonstrate technical expertise across one or more strategic services towers, including:
  1. Security
  2. Advance Communications
  3. Unified Communcations and Collaboration
  4. Customer Experience / Contact Center Services
  5. IoT
  1. Champion Professional Services:
  • Drive adoption of PS sales and pre-sales process and act as overallescalation point
  • Serve in leadership position by collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Branding and others to ensure attainment of PS-centric revenues
  • Guide the RFP/RFI, proposal and SOW process to better position Verizon
  • Identify and coordinate Verizon and external resources to deliver customer outcomes
