What you’ll be doing...

Work with the WNO leadership team and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, reduce cost, grow revenue and improve customer service.

  • Lead and implement initiatives/processes to improve results
  • Facilitate project meetings; distribute meeting minutes and action items as applicable
  • Project manage initiatives, provide gap analysis, track and communicate action plans status, and monitor timelines and deliverables
  • Create and maintain executive level presentations as a Single Point of Contact for programs and initiatives
  • Act as liaison between cross-functional teams. Develop various levels of communication and support for critical topics/initiatives across WNO and distribute on a regular basis
  • Collect, edit and compile weekly highlights and communication for executive level leadership
  • Partner across departments and organizations and proactively address issues
  • Work independently under aggressive timelines with an ability to work under pressure
  • Partners across organizations and proactively address issues in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in network operations or engineering.
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
  • High energy-level and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks within tight guidelines.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
