What you’ll be doing...

Monitoring the system for any system alerts and taking corrective actions as per M&P.
Clearing the tickets that are raised on the application within the SLA
Configuring and monitoring the Wily Alerts.
Writing new cron jobs and configuring as per the business needs.
Spinning environments using AWS and configuring new instances as needed.
Creating/Setting up new Jobs in Jenkins for the CI-CD pipelines.
Working on deploying the code to QA & PROD Environments using Jenkins
Performs a variety of activities (may be technical in nature) in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services.
Work may include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information and/or recommendations regarding function specific policies;
Tracking of processes & activities. May be involved in smaller projects or phases of a larger project with accountability for tasks assigned; providing project updates.

What we’re looking for...

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Prior telecom and provisioning platform experience a plus.
Be available to provide support outside regular hours based on the severity of the issue.
3+ years of Java, JSP and Experienced with Eclipse IDE(Java)
Preferred experience Apache Camel
Web application and/or services, Servlet, JavaScript, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow and Spring Security
Strong Unix environment experience including knowledge of developing shell scripts;
Ability to read and understand SQL;
Ability to use “vi” or other Unix based editors
Understanding of XML and XML Schema;
Knowledge of Tools like Accurev, JUnit, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence (we are using these tools as part of DevOps mode.)
Good understanding in Jenkins/GIT
Cloud environment awareness and knowledge on Amazon Web Services is a must.
Very good knowledge of Oracle Database 11g or higher
Experience in SQL Developer or PL/SQL Developer or other SQL tools
Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts
In-depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
Provide daily status to management
24* 7 Support --> Resource must be working on 24*7 support model.
Resource should work on Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays in a shift model
