What you’ll be doing...

ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGER is a enterprise focused, program manager, responsible for governing and in some cases, managing the development of outcome driven, cross portfolio marketing campaigns, in close alignment with the vertical practice leads, sales leaders and the product marketing team.

Working with the various stake holders, this individual will be responsible for the engagement strategy inclusive of identifying existing win attributes, validate trends and outcomes, where applicable, provide market segmentation analysis, identify target accounts, define desired outcomes and call to action strategy, build program framework, work with extended team to develop assets, define tactics, approaches and timing. This position will assist in the development of ROI statistics in validating proposed events and campaign participation.

This position will develop vertical profiles for use with the broader marketing team, inclusive of current trends and challenges, industry outcomes, messaging framework, heat maps showing product penetration and growth, personas and Verizon value prop.This position will help manage KPIs and dashboard to track various program successes in marketing campaigns, vertical events and vertical influence on EBC and CAB accounts. This position will liaison with product marketing on campaign and program support and requests. This position will be responsible to work with the stakeholders in implementing programs that achieve the segment-specific sales and marketing KPIs necessary to meet the Sales VP(s) annual targeted performance objectives.

To be successful in this role, the candidate requires an awareness and understanding of the process to gather, organize and synthesize data and insights on customers’ business processes, market trends, innovations and challenges to help drive sales growth and industry penetration for Verizon’s full portfolio of solutions with relevant insight, positioning and strategy to sales and marketing. As needed, this role will assist in the acquisition of industry research, review of relevant industry events and associations for participation to continue to grow and influence customers, analyst and influencers. This position will leverage the messaging and strategy developed by the GPLs for Customer Advisory Boards and Industry related events to help develop assets for the sales teams for EBCs, sales meetings, sales training and product marketing functions to ensure market messaging is consistent and relevant.This is a highly visible role that includes both internal and external communications, strategizing with key business leaders, customers, and technology partners, and frequent interactions with executives within the Verizon marketing and sales organizations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with strategic business development, product development.
  • Customer facing experience inclusive of presentation skills, C level discussions, business.
  • Project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel
