What you’ll be doing...

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering mobile broadband products for business customers. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for defining the strategy, requirements and commercial model of products across 5G and 4G LTE. You will be driving product requirements and user stories for such products, establishing routes to markets/channels, and leading overall product management efforts. You will articulate requirements for Enterprise, Government and SMB customers, drive those requirements through agile product development processes, support commercial releases in collaboration with the business unit, and provide post-launch support. You will also handle third-party contract negotiations and vendor management.

  • Evolving and implementing the mobile broadband product strategy for B2B, working in collaboration with other Product teams, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities and vertical markets.
  • Providing support and growth strategies for existing business products including enterprise messaging, rich communication services, message archiving, total mobile protection, and other key solutions.
  • Developing, managing, and marketing B2B products and services through the agile product development process.
  • Engaging with customers, sales, business unit marketing, and other stakeholders to define the requirements and roadmap.
  • Owning the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions by collaborating with business unit marketing and other teams for delivery of associated revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identifying ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, continued revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Communicating product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross functional teams.
  • Driving product requirements and user stories specific to business customer use of mobile broadband services according to 3GPP/GSMA standards, to support next-generation mobile use-cases.
  • Leading the product management team on product plan, product requirements, customer POCs, customer trials, and use cases for mobile broadband working with cross-functional teams across Network planning, IT, client partners, marketing and other teams for wireless business products.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with business customers.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Strong project management skills to execute on a roadmap and move a project from inception to completion.
  • Five or more years of product management experience.
  • Five or more years of telecommunications experience including 3GPP/4G LTE proficiency.
  • Ability to articulate customer needs internally so they can be translated into a finished product.
  • Advanced presentation skills including demonstrated experience with executive-level customer presentations.
  • Ability to develop and implement inter-departmental processes and procedures designed to support common network, product and sales goals.
  • Experience with business customers, Enterprise, Government and SMB, around wireless, mobility, and networking products.
  • Basic knowledge of 5G evolution and 5G NR technology as specified in 3GPP, GSMA standards.
  • Willingness to travel.
