What you’ll be doing...

The individual is responsible for owning and leading the Unified Communications & Collaboration sales strategy in our client base, specifically in the Multinational / Enterprise market. The rolesits within the EMEA overlay sales specialist team and is responsible for driving growth within our existing clients as well asdriving the acquisition of new clients. You will interface into our core sales teams, our product teams and also our key partners who provide products to enhance our proposition to our clients.

It will be your responsibility to identify opportunities to sell UC&C solutionswithin our customer base and to lead the client conversation to ensure a clear understanding of the client’s desired outcomes. You will be responsible for owning the sales engagement strategy and to be able to clearly articulate Verizon’s Value Proposition aligning to these business outcomes. You will be responsible for qualifying and then owning the UC&C opportunity. You will work with internal teams to ensure the qualified opportunity is clearly understood and the virtual team is aligned and supports the win themes.

The position

The responsibilities of this position are diverse and require a balance of external- and internal-facing responsibilities, a demonstrated ability to build relationships and think innovatively about client requirements, build disruptive commercial models and pricing packages and become an expert in the UCC global market and trends.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experiencein sellingand advising on technical solutions for business clients.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration products for complex customer solutions, including cloud based IP communication services (Micrsoft O365, Cisco Webex, Video & Audio conferencing)).
  • Experience in sellingstrategic enterprise solutions encompassing IP Telephony (SIP), VolP/PBX, IP Consulting, Video Conferencing, Professional Services, or Outsourcing in a commissioned based environment.
  • Met challenging revenue targets.
  • Established sales experience.
  • Strong solution sales experience intoglobal companies, identifying client business drivers and their desired business outcomes, then developing and proposing solutions to meet these outcomes.
