What you’ll be doing...

The candidate will be reporting to the Front Door Sr Manager, the role requires an individual with the ability to setup and manage systems and tools to support the Technology & Product Development Organization (TPDO).

  • Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes to create an end to end work-flows, process and technical requirements, using tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, G-Suite and DOMO.
  • Drive efficiency through the use of new tools and processes.
  • Enhance existing reporting packages with new analytical views.
  • Setup and maintain Executive and stakeholder dashboards to provide visibility, metrics, performance and efficiencies.
  • Implement existing processes and workflows in tools and supporting ongoing process changes to further adjustments to workflow, dashboards, reports or other processes as required.
  • Setup and produce reports used to drive project status and portfolio review meetings.
  • Help identify and implement metrics and scorecards to drive efficiencies in the process and artifacts.
  • Implement strategies to organize various sources of data into a system/form where it can be leveraged to create consistent reporting packages.
  • Develop training material and deliver training on use of project/portfolio management processes/tools.
  • Work with Front door, project and program managers on compliance, templates, and implementing best practices in the tools.
  • Contribute on special projects and other initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc system training to program/project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within and outside the team to ensure alignment of systems and integration of data exchanges between them.
  • Be a strategist who can drive and implement processes and changes.
  • Be a coach and facilitator, ensuring practitioners know how to use the system to their fullest.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in process creation, streamlining and gap analysis.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Five or more years of experience developing portfolio dashboards in tools such as DOMO, Confluence, Jira and Clarity.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile execution – practical experience.
  • Three or more years of experience defining business needs, use cases and solution definition.
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal).
