What you’ll be doing...

Supervising a growing team that works on complex, multidimensional projects to manage the execution of high-profile Customer billing changes across our business. Collaborate with clients, guide and inspire cross-functional teams, and tap into your leadership skills to successfully oversee every step of a project’s evolution.

  • Support Verizon Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices.
  • Execute & maintain project management processes in the areas of contractual changes of company details in the billing systems
  • Provide project leadership AND provide independent PM support for Medium/Large projects.
  • Manage/ follow up / escalate parallel processes ensuring complete and accurate project resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from client and project team.
  • Track and manage tasks assigned to the internal teams to meet client deliverables while distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Act as primary customer interface by facilitating meetings to include providing meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Build strong communication channels with client and internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal and Service with the ability to provide custom reporting, monthly dashboards, schedule integration and metrics.

Note - Working Hours are 17:30 - 02:30 Indian Standard Time to support US Business Hours.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record and experience with deploying and delivering complex solutions.
  • Advanced product experience.
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong with verbal & written communications.
  • Enterprise Client Experience.
  • Financial Business acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills & capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
  • ITIL V3 Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Proficiency in customer enablement tools.
