What you’ll be doing...

  • Managing small cell real estate4G/5G engineering projects using tools such as Site Tracker, FUZE, MS Project, VISIO, Microsoft products, G-Suite, etc. to insure objectives are met.
  • Working closely with a variety of groups both within and outside the Network Teams (including RF Design, Cell, Switch, Engineering, Transport, Real Estate, System Performance, Translations).
  • Managing external vendors to meet targeted network milestones and integration dates.
  • Coordinating and leading regular project meetings to keep the team up-to-date on (as well as track) overall status, changes, risks and major milestones.
  • Escalating issues when necessary to keep schedules on-track.
  • Ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Establishing contingency plans as needed throughout the duration of all projects.
  • Providing regular status reports to the Project team, Management and Directors for projects.
  • Coordinating Lessons Learned post-mortem discussions to document and improve efficiencies of similar projects going forward.
  • Developing new processes to improve employee and project efficiency.
  • Documenting processes and procedures for the project team/sub-market.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Network Real Estate Small Cell/In Building Experience.
  • Right Of Way and Jurisdictional Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of FCC Ordinance.
  • Technical experience in the Wireless industry.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and applications including: Windows, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, VISIO, Microsoft Project, G-suite.
  • Knowledge in Site Tracker and FUZE.
  • Knowledge and experience of project management concepts.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel.
