What you’ll be doing...

As part of Verizon Business Group, you’ll be helping to maximize Sales productivity and revenue growth by ensuring the tools & processes provide Large Enterprise sellers the information and assets the need to engage customers and align directly with the customer's buying path.

This role support the tools and processes to improve Sales efficiency and performance. This role will enable Large Enterprise Sales to use best in class Sales tools to engage customers and prospects to communicate the value of Verizon solutions in alignment with the customer’s needs and buying journey. You will interact heavily with Sales, CRM and IT teams to ensure tools and processes align with an optimal seller experience.

You’ll be on the lookout for ways to improve Sales performance and productivity-and Sales outcomes through technology and process improvements to maximize Sales capacity. This is an opportunity to combine your business expertise with your ability to think outside of the box, and make a real difference to the Large Enterprise Sales team’s performance and Verizon’s bottom line.

  • Assess existing Sales processes to find ways to simplify and ease Sales engagement.
  • Evaluate, prioritize existing sales tools and develop consistent standards for users.
  • Drive tool capability education, tool adoption and tool license management.
  • Stand up new Sales tools focused on ensuring seller technology & processes provide sellers actionable data and assets make sales more productive.
  • Implement and deliver a Sales Enablement Platform.
  • Knowledgeable of the Large Enterprise Seller environment and act as the voice of Sales in the development and execution of Sales Tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, CRM, Marketing, IT, & Sales Enablement teams to develop and deliver optimal tools and process experiences for Sales.
  • Ensure program success and feedback metrics are developed and analyzed to continually improve.

This position can be located in any valid Verizon locations or work remotely within a reasonable commute distance to a valid Verizon location.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience with Enterprise Customers and Sales Professionals.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales Education and Training experience.
  • Experience working and delivering results in fast-paced environment balancing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent excel, power point and database.
  • Understanding of sales tools, SFDC and SFDC integrated applications, Sales Enablement and learning, Marketing, Social selling platforms.
  • Experience evaluating technologies and make business recommendations.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience in implementing, managing and sales tools, SFDC and SFDC integrated applications, Sales Enablement and learning, Marketing, Social selling platforms.
  • Experience in developing Return on Investment and Tool feedback practices.
  • Ability to present and communicate with executive leader levels.
  • Project management, leadership, negotiation, collaboration and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, resilient, can-do attitude to overcome obstacles and find resolution.
