What you’ll be doing...

This position will be responsible for the overall success of our East Territory systems design for multiple platforms. You’ll manage highly complex systems like FUZE SPM, FUZE MGD, and the FUZE PO Module along with managing interfaces into Granite, FUZE Planning, VZB COE along with many more.


  • Provide guidance to the East Territory members and work closely with other network departments to ensure/maintain synergy across all systems and tools.
  • Analysis of standards and practices to drive efficiency and cost down on each solution archetype.
  • Identify best practices from across the East Territory to design and enhance our systems to improve efficiency for our key stakeholders.
  • Work with NS and internal stakeholders to Identify and develop processes where tasks can be replicated in a way that streamlines or automates decision making systematically.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for all tools and systems under your responsibility.
  • Work closely with NS to incorporate core Fuze modules into a structured change management process allowing tighter control over code changes, quality and outage notifications.
  • Promote user confidence by working with NS to quickly identifying and resolving user impacting issues across all platforms.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience managing projects.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings or training.

Even better if you have:

  • A Degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related work experience required.
  • Three or more years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry.
  • Experience needed with: implementation, project management, & change management.
  • Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Decision making skills (making appropriate use of available information and data; making sound decisions with minimal support from Manager; and being responsible for specific projects or definable portions of larger projects or processes).
  • Leadership skills - commitment to excellence, demonstrating company values and policies, initiating action, accepting responsibility for results, and making quality decisions.
  • Experience withorganizational and project planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; listen attentively; integrating large volumes of information from multiple sources.
