This exciting new position within our inside sales team will be exclusively focused on driving incremental expansion and upsell sales into existing customer accounts.

  • Engage and close complex and strategic expansion and upsell sales orders to provide both incremental and new revenue streams within the existing customer base with a focus on the larger and complex clients within the SMB segment.
  • Execute on strategic vertical market and feature matching campaigns targeted at increasing share of wallet and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with new Sales, Marketing and other Partner teams to ensure that all expansion and upsell sales efforts result in positive results for both the company (ROI) and the customer. Expansion is driven through consultative sales interactions within the current customer base.
  • Develop and manage strategic migration campaigns to transition customers to the correct solution and product platforms to drive retention, upsell and expansion of these important accounts.
  • Support the launch of new features within a segment of account base.
  • Generate referrals and create referenceable clients through expansion, upsell and migration sales efforts.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of sales, marketing and/or product management experience.
  • Knowledge of value proposition selling and ROI.

  • A degree.
  • Drive, confidence and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to perform set targets.
  • Ability to adopt new processes and procedures as we evolve the customer experience.
  • Ability to sell strategic business solutions, including new products that will benefit the customer and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability and proven track record to execute on sales (expansion) and customer marketing campaigns. Following up lead generation and proactively accomplish closing new customer opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams as well as positively represent our brand and speak to your value within the customer relationship.
  • Experience with first-class up-selling skills and the ability to execute our Go to Market strategy for our new product offering. Plus, the skills to deliver where appropriate, the right cross-selling solution for the customer.
