Leading and developing a team of senior analysts responsible for technical report development. You will also be responsible for maintaining and/or enhancing the current report portfolio, identifying gaps in data, and creating robust visualizations to accurately represent the state of the business. This role is within the Global Customer Success Operations team and will interface with the Senior Leadership within the organization.

  • Develop and lead a team of 5 to 7 senior analysts.
  • Effective prioritization and balancing of workloads.
  • Report auditing and quality control.
  • Fill reporting gaps.
  • Create data dictionary for all standard KPI metrics.
  • Improve business snapshots and visualizations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of customer support or success organization.
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts.
  • Strong business analytical skills with the ability to apply business logic to design and implement data mining techniques on large data sets.
  • Ability to interpret business requests as well as communicate findings in a user-friendly manner.
  • Experience normalizing data to ensure it is consistently formatted to enable sorting, query and analysis.
  • Strong vendor knowledge, an understanding of contractual agreements and call center metrics.
  • Willingness to travel.
