What you’ll be doing...

You will partner with our Prepaid Decisioning team to understand business needs and overall impact and guide the next phase of product solutions. You will guide the discovery and understanding of data and analytic opportunities to meet expectations. This individual will draw on a seamless integration of solid business acumen, exceptional data analysis skills and pragmatic modeling experience to guide analytics and define strategies. This is a hands-on role in a fast paced environment requiring the ideal candidate to perform exceptionally as an individual and team member.

  • Leverage data to drive business strategy, decision making and support our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with data science team to set modeling objectives and be actively involved in creating propensity model to predict customer replenishment trend.
  • Analyze data, clearly communicate the findings to business stakeholders and define strategies that will impact decisioning offers and reduce churn.
  • Support the building of analytical capabilities and solution.
  • Help people to understand how data can help them make better decisions.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated marketing analyst who has a strong passion for solving complex business challenges by strategically leveraging unstructured problem solving skills as well as strong analytical and communication skills. This individual will engage with marketing team and other business stakeholders to uncover needs, challenges and/or goals while supporting deep dive analysis that provide the business with actionable data driven insights. This person will be integral in transforming the way that the prepaid marketing consumes and reacts to customer data. This position will have the opportunity to present findings and share insights with different stakeholders throughout the organization including merchandising, marketing, operations and finance etc.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience conducting research or analyses and managing projects for multiple stakeholders.
  • SQL, SQL Editor for Oracle, and Microsoft Excel experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Marketing, CRM or analytics.
  • Master’s degree in Operation research, Management science, Data science, Statistics, Econometrics or related field Experience to create statistical models.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software. Ideally, Cognos and/or Tableau
