What you’ll be doing...

We are transforming Move and Change Disconnect (MACD) ordering processes to improve efficiency and enhance service levels for our business customers. You’ll be leading strategic projects that will ultimately drive exceptional customer satisfaction for our business customers. You’ll provide leadership to cross-functional teams across geographic regions to work together to implement programs to make us deliver even better solutions and service to our customers. You will create better ways of interfacing with our customers to improve our self-service capabilities.

  • Managing high visibility strategic projects.
  • Forging cross-functional partnerships to get the work done.
  • Creating detailed project plans and communicating business updates.
  • Identifying global resource requirements and pulling in the right people.
  • Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving processes.
  • Monitoring project progress, anticipating and reducing risk.

What we’re looking for...

You value diverse perspectives and seek out different points of view when trying to solve a complex problem. Obstacles are puzzles you’d like to solve. You’re not afraid to speak your mind and know it’s better to call attention to something before it gets out of hand. You have a sense of urgency and deliver on-time, on-budget results. You keep the big picture in focus as you manage the details on the way to the finish line.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience that gives you knowledge of telecom products, product relationships, systems and ordering processes.
  • Managed projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree. Ideally, in project management.
  • Managed projects with PMI or MSP methodologies.
  • ITIL Training.
  • Certification in PMP and/or MSP.
  • Knowledge of PPM tools.
  • Motivated and influenced teams to deliver outcomes and results.
