What you’ll be doing...

This role will lead the multimedia team in the VCG - Customer Service Culture & Communications team.

The Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations – Multimedia Strategy/Production will lead a production team that will design, create and deliver a variety of video products that focus on communications, engagement and education. This includes overseeing each video design project from conception to completion and will manage the production schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met and expectations are properly set. The leader will also ensure quality brand and service standards at met at all times while working in collaboration with key partner teams to produce and deliver content.


  • Lead a team of video/creative producers and editors to design, develop and deliver video content supporting the employee experience in the VCG Customer Service channel. Ability to work with Google Doc
  • Create and lead the strategy for multimedia development and how it will be used in the Customer Service organization to educate, engage and motivate our workforce.
  • Lead all pre-production design and concept development, to include: maintaining the production schedule, production planning, treatment / script development, logistics, equipment selection & acquisition
  • Lead all post-production to include: video editing (Online/Finisher), text and graphics design, animation and special effects, music direction, final product distribution
  • Own the the production schedule to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Responsible for creating and delivering executive presentations
  • Partner with key work groups including CMO, Marketing, Ops, etc. to support multimedia needs, ensure brand consistency and support social responsibility efforts.

What we’re looking for...

Youll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of leadership experience in a multimedia, operations or marketing role.
  • Six or more years of experience in media and video production.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Communications or Journalism.
  • Experience in communications with scriptwriting and creative messaging experience.
  • Experience in video, social media and other alternate communication methods.
  • Ability to write dynamic scripts that engage and motivate employees.
  • Knowledge and understanding of video and photography equipment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
  • Exceptional skills with MS PowerPoint, Word and Google G Suite.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to new systems, software and hardware.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
