What you’ll be doing...

This role is an analytical role covering data transformations, visualizations, marketing analysis, and business intelligence. You will identify, obtain, and validate data to enable the marketing effectiveness process, which provides guidance for how to improve marketing investments and impact business results. You will also lead advancements in analyzing short term media activities. You will work closely with B2B and B2C teams across all internal functions including analytics, insights & strategy, creative & media execution, and finance, as well as the external partners supporting these functions. The end goal is to ensure we have an efficient process for delivering accurate data sets and related insights.

  • Managing the end-to-end process for marketing mix model (MMM) data collection, transformation, and validation.
  • Providing constant process improvements in order to streamline the quarterly analytical data set refreshes.
  • Researching new data sources in order to create new variables to meet the changing business needs through partnering with the modeling and strategy teams.
  • Leading stakeholders through process streamlining and potential automation as a project manager.
  • Introducing best practices for non-MMM analytics projects and eventually your own ad hoc marketing effectiveness analyses from end to end.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modeling.
  • Experience and proficiency in SQL and Tableau or visualization tools.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience identifying and resolving complex data issues.
  • Experience building marketing mix data sets and leading validations.
  • Experience with design of experiment and related statistical techniques.
  • R and/or Python proficiency.
  • Project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience working effectively across organization boundaries.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to successfully build long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience making trade-offs to deliver effective solutions to business partners in a timely manner.
  • Experience overcoming obstacles through the development of mechanisms to improve efficiencies and deliver accurate and timely results.
