What you’ll be doing...

Leverage your strategic and critical thinking skills to translate data analyses into actionable business insights by working cross functionally with Marketing, Centers of Excellence, technical teams, finance and senior leaders. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be skilled at scoping the data requirements for the analysis, organizing and structuring the data, and leveraging insights to guide decisions.

  • Be curious about the Consumer business and proactively drive analyses/insights that provide insights around pressure points and risks, drivers, and opportunities.
  • Define and build the constructs to analyze complex data sets and to derive key findings from them.
  • Deliver concise, data driven narratives that promote actionable insights and guide decisions around pricing, device, and product initiatives; customer behaviors; and promotion offers.
  • Promote game changer ideation to optimize work efforts; and to stay relevant, impactful and efficient.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to promote collaboration, teamwork and best practices/knowledge sharing.
  • Build and foster strong business partner relationships with key stakeholder organizations.
  • Be the voice of the customer in sponsoring the development and driving adoption of self-serve tools.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Statistics or related field or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft and Google Suites of products, e.g. PowerPoint, Slides, Excel, Sheets, etc.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to develop and clearly articulate insights from large, complex data sets.
  • Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
  • Strong visualization/storyboarding skills to present insights and recommendations in concise, intuitive, narratives.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and set expectations across various functional teams; and across all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple complex projects against key deliverables and timelines.
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
