Lead a team of Sales Reps for the company in driving sales and the acquisition of new business. Ensure that Sales Reps meet all productivity and performance objectives set forth by sales leadership. Plan and prioritize activity and sales pipeline for all team members to achieve goals with an emphasis on team management, productivity and accurate forecasting. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all solutions offered and awareness of the competition (i.e. - market share, pricing, services offered, etc.).

  • Assign performance objectives to align with team’s productivity and provide one-on-one coaching and consistent training to Sales Reps.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members. Train, coach and manage all team members on performance.
  • Meet regularly with team members either individually or in groups to provide feedback, coaching, and direction for daily sales activities.
  • Direct the presentation of the company’s solutions through web demonstrations and occasionally visits at prospects’ locations.
  • Partner with prospects and sales Reps to develop a business case for our solution and present the potential return on investment.
  • Follow-up on proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Communicate with other various departments in collaborative efforts.
  • Train, coach and manage Sales Reps on performance.
  • Complete all required documentation and reporting including call and meeting activity, forecasting and bids and proposals within assigned territory.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a direct sales management role.
  • Go-To-Market Specialist experience.
  • Experience in SAAS sales.
  • Experience building sales teams.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and ideally the SAAS ecosystem.

Even better if you have:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience working in the SAAS arena.
  • Strong commercial skills and experience.
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota, revenue goals and delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience in customer service, contact centers, field service and customer self-service.
  • Experience working in a fast paced transactional environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
