Job Summary

This role provides the sales organisation with information, content, and tools that help them sell more effectively. Even an extremely talented rep can improve their results and rankings with the help of better tools, superior training, and more intel surrounding the customers they engage with. You will be responsible for driving sales productivity by identifying areas of improvement, using data and facts to guide decision making and enabling reps to execute more effectively. You will also be removing any barriers that might block the sales funnel and inhibit a seamless selling process. You are the one that your team depends on to guide them towards optimum sales opportunities and help them monitor their success and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating reports and dashboards and training users on optimizing Salesforce.
  • Maintaining and assuring the accuracy of data over the entire sales funnel life-cycle.
  • Working closely with sales leadership to build plans that drive results.
  • Increasing productivity per sales person.
  • Lead management and measuring conversion performance.
  • Auditing compliance and maintaining consistency.
  • Spearheading change programs locally with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
  • Using gamification to increase productivity and sharing creative ideas with peers.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Marketing experience and/or knowledge of sales funnels and lead conversion.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • A degree.
  • Working in a dynamic, new business, inside-sales environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Uses intuition to question numbers and performance.
  • Inquisitive nature looks for ways to improve.
  • Comfortable working alongside sales people
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder who enjoys helping others succeed.
