We are looking for a stellar attorney with initiative and drive who can handle a high volume of varied and complex commercial transactional work. • Review, draft and negotiate numerous complex contracts simultaneously, including service agreements, non-standard nondisclosure agreements, statements of work, and ancillary legal documents.
  • Evaluate whether Verizon’s provision of services to particular customers will necessitate compliance with certain industry-specific and/or country-specific requirements.
  • Ensure that all transactions are legally sound and comply with all Verizon policies and practices and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America regions to develop and negotiate global agreements.
  • Support the Legal Department with ongoing and special initiatives, including process improvement, template development, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Sales and Finance clients, Verizon legal colleagues, other internal stakeholders, and customers, and ensure that the clients’ legal needs are fully satisfied.
