Project Engineer, what you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for supporting the global network of small and large enterprise customers.Your main responsibility is backend systems data integrity for assigned Customers and drive adhoc projects to completion.

You should have the capability of working on your own customer assignments with very high customer focus and attention to details. With the necessary training and knowledge, acquire a cross functional role to support our Order Acceptance team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements to Verizon and their Customers are adhered and delivered.
  • Advocating for the customer by escalating unresolved issues to next level of support.
  • Pro-actively drive customer backend system audits and the resolution of network management anomalies.
  • Successful project manage and coordinate to deliver on internal system projects.
  • Initiating, pro-actively driving and maintaining PE related documentation towards ISO standards.
  • Join conference calls for in-scope PE activities and product development projects.
  • Have an advisory role towards network and management representation in backend systems.

You´ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Basic experience with networking (eg. routing, switching, and wireless technologies)


Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • A product-centric experience in an IT/network operations environment.
  • Ability to work using own initiative with a data driven approach to problem solving.
  • Good analytical and problem and troubleshooting solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication skill.
  • Vendor Certification, CISCO, ITIL, PMP etc.
