What you’ll be doing...

  • Become the operational in-depth technical expert for a set of complex and bespoke managed network solutions.
  • Act as escalation point for tier 1 teams in Incident Management.
  • Troubleshoot, classify and correlate network incidents and problems on tier 2 level.
  • Provide updates to the customer and respond to requests for information.
  • Support Service Managers on creating RCA and other reports.
  • Provide technical and service related training to tier 1 and 2 engineers.
  • Become a member of our on-call rotation to provide 24x7 Incident Management support.
  • Be available to occasionally work out of business hours for maintenances or scheduled changes.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of routing and switching technologies.

Even better if you have:

  • Five or more years of experience in implementing or operating complex IP networks.
  • Technical degree or professional certification.
  • Communications skills and a structured work approach.
  • Cisco Professional level certification (CCNP) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
  • ITIL certification or understanding.
  • Basic UNIX skills.
