What you’ll be doing...

AtVisible, we don’t believe in brick and mortar. As a senior Product Leader focusing on Member Experience, you will create immersive, digital experiences that are created at the intersection of human behavior and technology. Leaning on a proven track record in product management with fast-paced startups, online marketplaces and consumer internet companies, we expect this product leader to drive the post-purchase experience of our customers across web and mobile, including onboarding, payments, account management, and support experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining bi-directional communication/connection with our member community and acting as the voice of the customer internally.

We are looking for intellectually curious and entrepreneurial product managers to take the product to the next level, increase usage, and effectively leverage key influencers in the businesses to drive customer adoption. This will be a highly cross functional role, and you will act as a close partner with research, engineering, marketing, customer support, logistics and field operations to build the innovative products we need to help our members thrive.

This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO and will report to the Head of Product.

What you’ll do

  • Provide the thought leadership to inspire and envision the right product strategy for member experience.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches, through user centered concept generation, flawless testing and execution practices to ensure impact.
  • Build sound business cases based on in-depth data analysis, demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics, and define features to be incorporated into the design of the
  • Define and clearly articulate guidelines, principles, expectations, goals and success metrics
  • Ensure high quality execution on an impactful roadmap of projects and features, balancing short- and long-term investments
  • Explore new and exciting solutions that will resonate with our customers
  • Develop a talented team of product managers and continue to scale the team

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Product Management experience at a consumer-focused internet startup, online marketplaces, or large retail enterprises with a focus on customer experience, with a portfolio of successful products from inception to launch
  • Two years of experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers (mentoring junior PMs, setting product direction, etc)
  • Experience with funnels, analytics, rapid experimentation and A/B Testing in a direct to consumer environment
  • Experience with SQL and reporting tools alike
