What you’ll be doing...

The Privacy Compliance Project Manager will:

  • Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and vendor initiatives,.
  • Clearly scope projects, define goals, and create measurement systems for success.
  • Assemble cross functional teams and manage their time / expectations.
  • Facilitate team meetings, and ensure attendance and ownership of actions.
  • Develop project roadmaps and provide accurate timelines and expectations to senior leaders.
  • Present on project progress and outcomes to an audience of directors and above.
  • Help lead privacy compliance efforts including managing communications between consumer and privacy team.

What we’re looking for...

You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbal. You have strong matrix management capabilities, and are able to work closely across cross functional teams.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Five or more years program/project/product management experience.
  • Privacy Compliance experience (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience working in a vendor management organization.
  • Staff and program management experience.
