What you’ll be doing...

We innovate constantly to help people live better lives with our technology solutions and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. This includes the way we protect our people and our business. You’ll be assigned to support an Area covering around five hundred (+/-) retail stores to evaluate risks and ensure all aspects of retail security and loss prevention are functioning correctly.

  • Utilize remote video capabilities to conduct store reviews that ensure the security and safety of our employees & customers and identify operational deficiencies of our stores.
  • Review inventory loss reporting to identify potential investigative matters and operational gaps that require Loss Prevention’s attention.
  • Analyze a variety of targeted exception reports in an effort to identify proactive investigative leads.
  • Promote and conduct Security training in support of the Retail Channel.
  • Support the inventory loss research process in partnership with Loss Prevention Sr. Investigators when proactive investigations have been identified.
  • Identifying best practices and focused crime prevention solutions, and partnering with teams to oversee their implementation.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience of retail operations, inventory control reconciliation, and/or current loss prevention technological applications.
  • Willingness to travel within your regional area of responsibility as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Analytical skills and experience writing detailed reports.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite experience with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL.
  • Ability to execute strategic plans, practices and procedures.
  • Effectively partners with store, district, and operations retail teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work and produce effective results in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
