What you’ll be doing...

You will use Workforce Management reporting and trend data to provide analysis to leadership on key internal and external performance. Developing dashboards and providing insights related to managing workflows and meeting customer expectations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations for our Center of Excellence. We are constantly innovating to bring the best cutting-edge technologies to our customers to enable them to work faster and smarter and you can be part of the team to make this happen.

  • Analyzing data trends and reviewing performance of services to adapt to customer needs.
  • Partnering with Markets to prioritize opportunities and resources to drive complex solutions.
  • Managing customer escalations and providing recommendations to improve processes.
  • Partnering with L&D to align systems and tools support, training and enhancements.
  • Supporting Enterprise Messaging implementations
  • Supporting ThingSpace platform onboarding.
  • Managing demo inventory and planning demo environments to support new solutions and training.
  • Implementing and managing Private Network onboarding and support.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Retail tools and systems (SFDC, OMNI, MyBiz, G-Suite, POS).

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with complex tools and systems including; EMAG, M2M Management Tool, Fuze, One Talk portal, BuSS, Erate
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
