What you’ll be doing...
Your role is to assist in the growth or our Network Contracts and ASP-IoT Vendor Management team by spearheading the maintenance and reporting of our internal Web Portal. This portal takes in requests for all contracts and SLA requests from the Network organizations. It is the front door to our team’s activities and work. You will be responsible for managing, updating and working on the internal website portal. Also, responsibilities will include building reports to show all contract requests that have come into our portal, and the time it took for execution of said contracts.
- Maintain the internal VCP-based web portal for contract requests/reporting using WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Update portal software, licenses, and comply with internal VZ security and hosting requests.
- Create weekly contracts management reports for status meetings.
- Create ad hoc reports for senior management as needed.
- Manage portal growth and provide planning inputs for team’s continued online presence.
- Facilitate regular meetings with sponsor teams and Sourcing to smooth flow of communications.
- Develop written communications, create/update instructional videos, and compose training documents to advertise team website and services.
- Maintain relationships with internal VZ teams to enhance database and tools access, i.e. internal security, SAP access, Sourcing logins, etc.
- Attend regular sponsor and vendor meetings to assess plans of record and potential contract work.
- Comprehensively document contract management process and procedures, including Sourcing components, for sponsor teams and internal reference.

As a strong communicator, you can quickly build relationships with a diverse range of people and explain complex technical issues in a way that everyone can understand.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience using WordPress.
- HTML Language and CSS experience.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
- A degree.
- Three or more years of WordPress experience.
- Tableau experience.
- Excel experience.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts.
- Project management skills and experience in managing large projects.
- Experience maintaining websites.
