What you’ll be doing...

The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for strategy, execution and development of centralized asset management, and reporting ROI on hospitality across sports and entertainment sponsorships. You will provide leadership and cross line-of-business knowledge to ensure company assets are accurately utilized within Verizon policy, and will report that usage to leadership.

You will also be responsible for communicating and managing asset allocations within the ticketing/asset management systems to all lines of business across Verizon (VBG, VCG, VMG). You will work both individually and with the Sponsorships/Events and Activation team to recommend action, scheduling and planning of assets, estimating cost, and managing project participation to completion. You are responsible for defining the annual outlook of the hospitality programs in support of organizational goals and budget requirements.

You will report into our Manager of Experiential Activation, while interacting with Sales/Marketing leaders to help prepare attendees for sporting and entertainment events, communicating asset allocations and evaluating new opportunities consistent with business objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day data input and operations with asset management systems (TicketManager and KORE) on allocations, fulfillment and reporting on 200,000+ ticket assets company-wide.
  • Communicate logistics for asset usage within VIP consumer events and corporate hospitality programs.
  • Work closely with Sponsorship to ensure all assets are delivered upon according to contractual obligations, within programmatic timelines, and delivery/receipt of assets to fulfillment vendor.
  • QA/QC of Verizon Up offer submissions, in alignment with asset allocations.
  • Manage system integration as needed (SalesForce, MyVerizon, Ticketmaster), and ongoing evaluation and execution of system optimization.
  • Communicate company ticketing policies, in partnership with Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance and OEBC; and manage ongoing policy updates.
  • Prepare regular reports on ticket utilization and attendance; and partner with HR/Compliance on audits, as needed.
  • Develop End of Year reports for VLC, or other Verizon leadership as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day support to ticket requestors across the enterprise.
  • Review and approve orders of all tickets within ticketing system.
  • Communication/tracking of timelines for key deliverables.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to travel to NYC as needed.

  • Ethical standards; clear and transparent communication.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management and/or agency/vendor management.
  • Experience with Telecom or Technology.
