What you’ll be doing...
The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for strategy, execution and development of centralized asset management, and reporting ROI on hospitality across sports and entertainment sponsorships. You will provide leadership and cross line-of-business knowledge to ensure company assets are accurately utilized within Verizon policy, and will report that usage to leadership.
You will also be responsible for communicating and managing asset allocations within the ticketing/asset management systems to all lines of business across Verizon (VBG, VCG, VMG). You will work both individually and with the Sponsorships/Events and Activation team to recommend action, scheduling and planning of assets, estimating cost, and managing project participation to completion. You are responsible for defining the annual outlook of the hospitality programs in support of organizational goals and budget requirements.
You will report into our Manager of Experiential Activation, while interacting with Sales/Marketing leaders to help prepare attendees for sporting and entertainment events, communicating asset allocations and evaluating new opportunities consistent with business objectives.
