  • Developing and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise accounts to promote Verizon Connect' products and services and profitable business relationships.
  • Protecting and defend annual revenue, customer base and subscriptions.
  • Utilizing detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients’ business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value and ROI for clients.
  • Liaising with technical support, accounting and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting customer site visits to create & maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization.
  • Keeping accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Assisting in establishing a “Best Practices” sales process for large/enterprise level accounts.
  • Managing escalated customer support issues.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • B2B selling experience at large/enterprise level accounts.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM solutions including Salesforce.com.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Proven ability to generate activity through networking and association marketing within assigned accounts.
  • Experience selling software solutions or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated previous history of strong achievement and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
