What you’ll be doing...
You will help drive operational excellence across our network organization by ensuring that the appropriate network parts are in the right place at the right time. Leveraging analytics to optimize processes and procedures will create additional value for our company – and you will lead these efforts. You will manage the overall system support for Network tools such as Quick Bid, TESS, PC/eASR, and Granite. This includes creating processes, process documents, engineering systems configurations, working directly with IT teams to implement enhancements, changes and fixes, test in UAT environments, implement in production, and provide training.
