What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for high performing sales professionals to join our inside sales team! We are expanding our reach beyond our current wireline sales territory to expand our services nationally with new state of the art technology to satisfy business customer’s communications needs. Solution includes low cost high speed Internet access with built in redundancy, cutting edge voice solutions with security services for peace of mind and tech support to allow customers to focus on growing their business.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be managing inbound calls in response to promotional communications & working campaigns with a primary focus on:

  • Managing inbound calls, working outbound calling campaigns and assisting customers purchasing online.

  • Listening to customers’ needs and making appropriate recommendations.

  • Promoting our products and services.

  • Communicating the value of our offerings.

  • Establishing commitments from new SMB customers.

  • Identifying opportunities and selling Data, Voice, Security and Tech Support solutions to SMB customers via telephone based selling.

  • Partnering with customer to understand their business, industry, and competition in presenting solutions with a consultative selling approach.

  • Handling all continued improvement/ongoing education as it relates to technical, applications, sales and systems training including completing competency tests.

  • Meeting/exceeding revenue objective (and Standards of Performance as reviewed with manager on a monthly/quarterly basis) consisting of customers in small business product set with Data, Voice, Security and Tech Support needs.

  • Exceeding customer expectations by providing a superior customer experience.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

  • Experience taking inbound customer calls.

Even better if you have:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience taking inbound customer and making outbound calls to achieve sales.

  • A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.

  • Customer service or call center experience.

  • Proficiency in using Account Planning and Order Entry systems.

  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
