The Operations team within the Large/Global Enterprise Group is involved with a variety of initiatives that drive value to the business.   • Be a visionary partnering with LE sales, technical leads and key individuals within our functional organization in recommendations.
  • Develop reporting on a wide range of subjects including churn trending and historical results.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations and analysis to a variety of functional areas across the organization, including senior management, marketing, finance, sales and training teams.
  • Use strong verbal and written communications skills to effectively deliver market intelligence via in-person presentations, conference calls and written documents.
  • Establish strong partnerships with your counterparts throughout the company to ensure accuracy and relevancy of analysis and recommendations.

This position can be located in other valid Verizon locations.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience with data reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of and experience with SQL.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with churn or retention reporting.
  • Wireless experience.
