What you’ll be doing...

  • Developing SQL code to be used with automated processes to identify revenue opportunities and customer bill impacting issues.
  • Data mining large datasets in Oracle databases to find emerging issues and root-cause in provisioning, ordering, and billing systems.
  • Driving timely resolution of billing issues for a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively monitoring daily processes and results to ensure consistent coverage.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with complex data analytics and coding experience in SQL.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or less.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Two or more years of complex data analytics and coding experience in SQL.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to investigate and determine root cause of issues.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of Telecom industry and systems.
  • Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, ROC Revenue Assurance, Hadoop, and Tableau.
  • Ability to act quickly and pragmatically to prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues.
