What you’ll be doing...

As the Field Marketing Project Manager, you'll support the Acquisition and Advanced Solutions Marketing team.You will coordinate access to competitive intelligence and insights and work with broader teams on analytics and key initiatives.You will coordinate with event teams, establish and refine processes for precision execution, and act as PMO, where applicable on projects. You will also be the liaison to the broader marketing shared service teams to facilitate marketing campaigns, program support and requests. You will work with the stakeholders to implement programs that achieve the segment-specific sales and marketing KPIs necessary to meet the Sales group annual targeted performance objectives.

  • Manage information and coordination with broader marketing shared service teams.
  • Facilitate marketing campaign and program support and new requests.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, insights and analytics.
  • Establish KPIs and develop dashboards to track campaigns and programs and report successes to broader team and stake holders.
  • PMO where applicable on projects.
  • Establish and refine processes for precision execution across all aspects of the department.
  • Manage overall budget, PO coordination and administrative functions and support associated with the goals of the department.
  • Have a proven track record of working on successful B2B campaigns.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision, knowing when to bring in your manager for alignment/decisions.
  • Have experience or be comfortable sharing your work or results with senior leadership when necessary.

What we’re looking for...

You have a background in project management and B2B marketing and the ability tocoordinate marketing programs across cross functional teams and analyze results from conception to launch in a fast paced environment.

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience creating and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • The ability to develop dashboards, analyze results, identify gaps, and successfully pivot.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to use creative thinking in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence and lead teams to deliver against complex initiatives.
