What you’ll be doing...

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage sales channel engagement of marketing strategies for the Business Market space within the VBG associated with revenue generation, loyalty and retention. This position will navigate a broad range of retention challenges for Small and Medium sales units and act as a conduit between the field and the BI Manager (and vice versa).

  • Serve as the liaison between HQ loyalty marketing and the wireline sales/field support teams.

  • Seek out new opportunities to develop programs and campaigns based on SMB customer insights, call observations and discussions with sales leaders.

  • Assist in analyzing disconnects, churn trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for accelerated improvements.

  • Analyze trends in disconnects and churn pressure within the SMB sales segment.

  • Work with cross functional teams to obtain, analyze and tell the story from multiple sources of reporting.

  • Track progress and contribute to SMB to support goals including customer service, revenue growth, cancels, cost management and employee communications and development.

  • Analyzing current processes as well as development, implementation, and follow up with adjustment to initiatives currently in place.

  • Create use cases with a focus on delivering a quality customer experience while generating revenue growth.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Project management experience.

  • Experience working across channels and work groups.

  • Experience with advanced level Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Three or more years of experience in the wireless industry delivering results in a marketing capacity with experience in loyalty and retention, base campaigns and CRM strategy development/execution.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated experience building and delivering executive level presentations

  • Experience working with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams on delivering updates to leadership teams.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.

  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, true team player.
