What you’ll be doing...

Applying key Programme Office principles and governance methodologies to the Complex Programme Portfolio with a heavy focus on Data Management, including (but not limited to):

  • Designing, deploying and maintaining the end-to-end flow of Programme Data including quote/order/delivery status and key milestone dates.

  • Ensuring that all data held by the Programme is of high quality, is available at all times and is a reliable source of data for Programme Management to use.

  • Providing high quality data from the Programme Data Model as inputs into Stakeholder Management Information.

  • Maintain critical Programme Information Repositories and CMDB systems.

  • Provide accurate and timely statistical information on the status of the programme(s) to the respective Governance Manager and/or Programme Teams as relevant in order for them to provide Programme Status Reports.

  • Proactively and reactively analyse and manipulate Programme Data from various sources as required to assist Programme Management in successfully managing the programme.

  • Work with all members of the wider Programme Team and ensure that all parties contribute towards the holistic view of Programme Data.

  • Analyse Lessons Learned from the programme for onward consideration for future Programmes.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Programme and the wider Portfolio Programme Office.

What we’re looking for...

You´ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

  • Data analysis knowledge including the use of MS Excel (e.g. Macros, VLookups and Pivot Tables).

  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working as PMO / Data Analyst.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with a strong analytical mind-set.

  • Experience using effective Data Management in large programmes.

  • Professional, hard-working, proactive and highly organised attitude with an ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic working environment.

  • Willingness to develop new collateral and bring innovation to the organisation.

  • Team player spirit with good communication skills.

  • Flexible, Adaptable, Self-Motivated, Outgoing and Delivery focused mindset.

  • Experience in Prince2, MSP, PMP, ITL and/or P3O.
