What you’ll be doing...

Customer demand for wireless data service keeps growing, and to stay ahead of demand, we’re deploying new technology through New Macro Site Development. You’ll partner with RF Design teams to identify new Macro Site locations (Collocations, Raw Lands, Non-Tower Structures, etc.) and manage the site acquisition and regulatory process. Your work will mean that even more users can connect to reliable high-speed wireless service, anywhere they live, work, and play.

  • Partnering with RF Design teams on site selection and priorities.
  • Managing Real Estate vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process.
  • Managing Regulatory approval requirements and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Interfacing with stakeholders such as landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel.
  • Partnering with Construction Teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintaining database systems and reports pertaining to all New Macro projects across New England.
  • Managing the end to end Macro Site Development Real-Estate pipeline from site selection through to construction handoff.

What we’re looking for...

You’re an expert project manager—organized, detail oriented, and efficient. You’ve got excellent negotiation skills, and can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, even in challenging situations. You’re driven to resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team-player attitude. You can communicate clearly and effectively.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience in wireless real estate.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with wireless leasing, zoning and regulatory.
  • Experience with contracts and leasing terminology.
  • Real estate background. Ideally, in wireless leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements.
  • Legal/paralegal experience.
