What you’ll be doing...

Reporting to the head of Digital Growth for Verizon’s Consumer Group, this leadership position will drive digital transformation through a focus on Real-time marketing, optimization, demand solutions, and innovation. This Director of Digital Real Time Marketing & Optimization will obsess over the digital growth and efficiency ecosystem across drivers of demand, media efficiency, personalized dynamic experiences and on/off-site optimizations to deliver improved business results for sales and service. Apply data insights, models, channel strategy and industry/marketing expertise to fuel digital transformation through real time marketing and rapid experimentation and enhancements. This role requires the leader to also carry an operator and business owner mindset as they will own the end to end customer experience across all digital channels delivering a highly personalized and dynamic experience influenced by data and insights.

This leader will help pioneer a new way of way digital marketing delivery in conjunction with the CMO program management office leading new ways of working and running the digital experience through an agile delivery model across media, creative, content and offerings.

The role requires one to continuously monitor cutting edge e-commerce trends and technology to understand market dynamics and opportunities.

The Director of Digital Real Time Marketing & Optimization will also manage the innovation pipeline of key technologies and drive integration across the team's current work with a lens towards innovation and the future of Digital.

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in business strategy
  • 10+ years of experience on Digital Market
  • Prior people leader of 10+ team members
  • Proven ability to implement, support, and track multiple programs under strict timelines
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
  • High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven execution and transformation experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation development and delivery a must
