This opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 3-2020

As a wireless Project Manager, you enjoy managing complex, large-scale projects impacting a large variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. You have a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture. Being results-driven and well-organized, you are adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and team building skills enable you to negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure nothing gets in the way of success. You thrive in a fast-paced, high demand environment, making effective decisions quickly, and juggling competing priorities with ease.

  • Work across multiple disciplines to set the plan of record, and manage changes throughout the year.
  • Track milestones, and coordinate across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
  • Coordinate and track power delivery for small cell nodes
  • Create and manage team dashboards, and reports.
  • Track handoff intervals, and average timelines for milestone benchmarks
  • Standardize reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines, and tools.
  • Support migrations between databases.
  • Host or participate in weekly deployment calls to help identify issues and close gaps between teams as well as quarterly best practices calls across disciplines, internal and external.

What we’re looking for...

  • Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 3-2020
  • Associates degree or four or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Communications/Signal background with experience working in SYSCONs/JCCCs
  • Experience and knowledge with the following documents: Operation Orders (OPORD), Circuit Layout Records, TTPs, Construction Drawings, Technical Orders/Manuals
  • Good understanding of power, radio, multiplexing, and network routing fundamentals
  • Experience with Tableau, Project Mgt Trackers (MS Project/local trackers), and Google.
  • Skills with sorting through large amounts of data and organizing it.
  • Experience with process creation and implementation.
  • Exceptional time management and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Willingness to adapt to different settings and investigate/implement alternate approaches to resolve problems with minimum management input.
