You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across software engineering, logistics, product management, legal, finance, and core retail businesses. You are comfortable with an extremely high degree of ambiguity, can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders, and relish the idea of solving challenging problems.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of experience owning and driving complex, end-to-end product initiatives across multiple technology teams in different organizations.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Demonstrated ability to put our Members at the core of product decision-making for product development.

  • Ability to earn trust of the engineers as well as product teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to investigate problems first, dive deep into the root cause, and find systematic gaps while supporting conclusions with analytical data.

  • A demonstrable strong bias for experimentation and data-informed decision making that inspires team members to build, learn, iterate and discover real customers’ jobs-to-be-done.

  • Ability to monitor and learn from business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable product recommendations, and share trade-offs for those recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to succinctly tell your product’s story.

  • Able to demonstrate excellence in delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous situation.
