What you’ll be doing...

The Account Based Demand Generation Manager has end-to-end responsibility for development and execution of Verizon’s ABM programs to increase account penetration and contacts engagement across Verizon’s enterprise segment.

In this role, you will work with Sales, CMO and Field Marketing to deploy personalized vertical marketing programs and influence key decision makers across their buyer’s journey. You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that include: email, direct mail, live events, webinars, digital programmatic personalized advertising, demand generation testing strategy, and reporting on customer engagement across all tactics.

  • Devise Account Based Marketing Plan for key enterprise accounts, includes: defining target audience within accounts, crafting messages that align to personal challenges, aligning stakeholders across different divisions to deploy a multi-touch marketing plan that will advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.

  • Deploy programmatic year-long campaigns that align to sales goals and influence decision makers across the buyer’s journey.

  • You'll use various channels including email, website, personalized advertising, intent data and virtual events.

  • Proactively engage with the different marketing and sales organizations to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ABM programs across multiple tactics, through analyzing and interpreting key metrics/reports, recommending corrective action and ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.

  • Partner with operations to report on the lead to opportunity conversion and key metrics and quickly adjusting course as needed.

  • Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance, identify and recommend optimization techniques to improve ROI of demand generation tactics.

You have prior experience developing ABM plans and proven B2B expertise driving successful demand generation programs. You are an enthusiastic individual with superb communication and organizational skills, able to manage projects at all levels of the organization. You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of experience in online marketing,ABM or a related role.

  • Experience in B2B demand generation strategy in a campaign role using marketing automation and ABM digital targeting tools.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree, even better if you have an MBA.

  • Digital marketing, large enterprise demand generation background.

  • Prior experience creating personalized advertising programs, familiarity with buyer’s journey, and growth/engagement outcome metrics.

  • Proven expertise with demand generation marketing and a strong command of marketing automation systems (Marketo/Eloqua),Salesforce.com, and ABM tools (Demand Base/Terminus certified preferred).

  • Prior experience creating personalized advertising programs or managing media tactics: syndication, SEM, SEO. Expertise analyzing digital campaign results and communicating outcomes at executive level.

  • Lead management and reporting familiarity. Knowledge of the Sirius Decisions Campaign Framework and its implementation.

  • Technology or telecom experience.

  • Ability to balance strategy and campaign execution.

  • ITSMA certification, working with both creative and strategic agency partners

  • Ability to navigate, influence, manage and lead cross-functional teams without direct line supervision.

  • Lead management and reporting familiarity.
