What you’ll be doing...

Verizon recently acquired BlueJeans and plans to integrate BlueJeans employees into Verizon, including its compensation and benefits programs, in due course. This position will be part of that planned integration.

The Commercial Enterprise Sales Rep will be chartered with driving the adoption of theBlueJeanstechnology into and within new and existing Commercial clients while leveraging Partners, Professional Services and Customer Success resources as needed for success.

What we’re looking for...

Success in this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Driving sales and adoption of theBlueJeanstechnology with new clients.

  • Focused consultative selling with a long-term view and approach into Commercial companies nationally.

  • Thinking beyond the initial sale and renewal to expansion.

  • Achieve quota and driving performance to exceed quota.

  • Prospecting into specific targeted accounts.

  • Leveraging channel partners for greater access, scale, and success within targeted accounts.

  • Selling theBlueJeansfull product portfolio across different LOB decision makers at the Executive level to include IT, HR, Marketing, Engineering etc.)

  • Acting as a Trusted Advisor to client leaders and aggressively shaping deals early in the sales cycle and advancing opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for the company

Superior Performance in this role includes but is not limited to:

  • Clearly selling and articulating the value add ofBlueJeansproducts within their internal solutions conversations.

  • Demonstrating breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to both the client business and ITpriorities, andpositioning relative to competitors.

  • Understanding that theBlueJeansproduct is a solution and sharing and tying it together so that our solution can address a problem that perhaps they, the customer, were not aware of yet.

  • Consultative selling by asking questions and understanding the clients' needs and how theBlueJeanstechnology can solve those needs.

  • Proactively engage executive sponsors to build a strategic relationship and favorably positions long-term business opportunities for the company.

Results and Deliverables expected in this role:

  • Adding new customers while retaining and expanding our footprint within our existing customers.

  • Exceeding quota and expectations
