What you’ll be doing...

Verizon recently acquired BlueJeans and plans to transition BlueJeans employees into Verizon compensation and benefits programs. This position will be part of that planned transition.

BlueJeans is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations. You will play an integral role in the success of the Sales Organization and company through management of all sales tools, including Salesforce.com (SFDC).

  • Assist in the design of the right sales tech stack based on organizational strategy, structure, and processes.
  • Serve as the lead associate in the management of Salesforce.com and other sales tools for daily business management.
  • Own and drive Salesforce.com enhancements designed to reduce sales rep friction, improve effectiveness, or both.
  • Lead service delivery arm of sales operations team, supporting sales, lead generation, CSM, channel and technical sales functions.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of SFDC including end-user support, record transfers, error troubleshooting, etc.
  • Proactively identify obstacles or process inefficiencies and manage projects to streamline or automate sales processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with other business partners and departments such as Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and offshore Developers.
  • Continually evaluate performance of current tools and potential new tools.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Sales / Business Operations.
  • Proven ability to manage sales tools.

Even better if you have:

  • Salesforce.com certification; SQL / BI tool experience at a SaaS company.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-starter with a track record of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.
  • Oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to general audiences.
